Frustration is on the rise among Voyager users as the May status report reveals ongoing complications with cash distributions and legal battles. Only 86% of checks have been cashed, while tension with Binance continues to escalate.

Key Distribution Insights

The latest report shows significant distribution details:

  • 495,000 checks sent, totaling $587 million.

  • Nearly $573 million has been cashed, leaving $14 million still unclaimed, primarily from checks under $1,000.

  • Around 7,700 checks were returned as undeliverable.

Users who haven't received their payments should verify their information on the Voyager portal for potential reissues. As one user humorously noted, "Another country? πŸ˜‚ We haven’t received our cheques in the same country!"

Ongoing Legal Battles

Legal disputes intensify as Binance seeks to recover a $10 million deposit initially meant for purchasing Voyager. They are dissatisfied with the deal and have withdrawn, prompting Voyager to file a counter lawsuit for breach of contract and fraud. Currently, both parties are in mediation.
